1. SHIPPING COSTS

We strive to keep shipping costs transparent and affordable. Currently, we offer the following rates:

Standard Shipping:

• Orders under $50.00: Flat rate of $7.00.
• Orders $50.00 and over: Free Shipping.

(Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable).

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

The total time to receive your order is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

A. Processing Time

• It usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and package your handcrafted items.
• Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Note: For custom or made-to-order items, specific processing times may apply as indicated on the product page.

B. Estimated Transit Time

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).

Summary: For standard shipping, expect delivery within 4-9 business days.

3. CARRIERS

We generally use USPS and UPS to ensure your fiber art arrives safely.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking info to update in the system.
• FiberArtUS is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

5. ADDRESS CHANGES
We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@fiberartus.com if you need to make updates.

1. Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

• Contact our customer support team at support@fiberartus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• All returns must be sent to our centralized inspection center at: FiberArtUS, 592 S 6th St, Jesup, GA 31545-0022, United States.
• Please email us at support@fiberartus.com to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your package to help us identify your order and speed up your refund process.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), FiberArtUS will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
• Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need the decor, the customer is responsible for providing return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
• We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

• If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@fiberartus.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
