Returns & Refunds

At FiberArtUS, we want you to be absolutely in love with your home decor. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact our customer support team at support@fiberartus.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must be sent to our centralized inspection center at: FiberArtUS, 592 S 6th St, Jesup, GA 31545-0022, United States.
Please email us at support@fiberartus.com to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number to include with your package to help us identify your order and speed up your refund process.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), FiberArtUS will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer need the decor, the customer is responsible for providing return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@fiberartus.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
