We want you to be completely delighted with your unique handcrafted items from FiberArtUS! If you aren't perfectly happy with your purchase, please review our policy below.
POLICY SUMMARY
- Time Frame: You have 60 days from the date you receive your purchase to initiate a return and refund.
- Product Condition: We offer full refunds for products, whether worn or unworn.
- Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover all shipping fees and immediately send you a replacement product!
- Fees: We charge zero restocking or handling fees.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or discount are unfortunately not eligible for refunds.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since you received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
· Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
REFUNDS PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@fiberartus.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
If you need to exchange your purchase (e.g., for a different size or color), please send us an email at support@fiberartus.com
SHIPPING
We do not charge shipping for items that are being returned to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return or exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if tracking is not utilized.
