- All orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving payment confirmation.
- Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For Custom or Made-to-Order items, the processing time will be clearly specified on the product page.

- FiberArtUS ships to many countries worldwide.
- International customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees that may be incurred upon arrival in your country.
