At FiberArtUS, we are committed to carefully packaging and quickly shipping your unique handcrafted pieces to your space. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

1. SHIPPING COSTS

We strive to keep shipping costs transparent and affordable. Currently, we offer the following rates:

Standard Shipping:

• Orders under $50.00: Flat rate of $7.00.
• Orders $50.00 and over: FREE Standard Shipping.

(Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable).

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

The total time to receive your order is calculated as follows: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

A. Processing Time

• It usually takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and package your handcrafted items.
• Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
• Note: For custom or made-to-order items, specific processing times may apply as indicated on the product page.

B. Estimated Transit Time

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Monday to Saturday).

Summary: For standard shipping, expect delivery within 4-10 business days.

3. CARRIERS

We generally use USPS and UPS to ensure your fiber art arrives safely.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking info to update in the system.
• FiberArtUS is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

5. ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@fiberartus.com if you need to make updates.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To return an item, it must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and tagged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
